Application: Catalyst Removal     
For catalytic reactions in chemical and pharmaceutical manufacture rare-earth metal catalysts are generally used. These are removed from the product solution after the reactor and either returned to the reactor or isolated from the process for regeneration. Flexible installations are required in such cases, so that direct filtration with pressure gas, heel volume filtration, cake washing and slurry or dry discharge can be performed in one unit.
